What sort of plan are you going to use? Is it something you can stick to for life, so you can maintain your healthy weight once you get there?
You may want to check out our "Featherweights" forum, since you only have 27 or so lbs to lose (I'm guessing...based on your post). Starting off fairly close to your goal weight presents unique challenges!
