I have yo-yo dieted since I was 13 years old and have always been embarrased to admit when I'm trying to diet. This is my first time seeking the help of others. I found this website on accident and everyone is so open and supportive that I think I've finally found a place to be excited about losing weight. Right now my bf and I are trying a low-carb diet, and I love him to death but he is so obnoxious about it (I dont need an hour by hour update on your carb intake!). I need some girl support for sure!
Hey! I have been dieting that same way for about 2 years. It is really hard. Recently I have really buckled down and focused on losing weight. The low carb diet does work, I just found it very difficult so the more power to ya! Good luck!
