Default My Re-Focusing

I've done really well over the past few months, but lately, I feel like I'm off track. The problem is mainly with my eating- I'm still extremely good about getting to the gym four times a week, but I seem to have lost focused with my OP meals. I often under eat during the day, only to have a dinner that is not what I would have gone for say a few months back. I've come very far in this and I don't want to undo ANY of my hard work. The good news is my weight hasn't changed at all in three weeks, but if I don't do something soon, it'll go up, and that won't be fun for anyone.....

I'm not sure what my problem is- My weight loss has significantly slowed down (I began this whole thing in April), so it's starting to frustrate me, perhaps I'm becoming overconfident, or maybe I just need to refocus and renew my vows to my goal! I love how far I've gotten and I want to get these last 30 pounds off. I will NOT be defeated and this is just a little slump.

This morning I'm going to the gym, followed by a two-hour class for weight loss given by a certified nutritionist. The desire is in me, I just need to refocus again. That is why I decided to post it here, so that it's in black and white (sort of a new contract with myself again).

This site has amazing support and it's given me what I've needed so far, so I know that it will continue to do the same. Thanks everyone!!

Ugh. I have a wedding today I wanted to weigh 170 for and I'm nowhere near that anymore. The same thing kind of happened...I was studying for my MCATs and I just kind of lost focus. It's really frustrating to see the scale inching up when I AM still working out quite a bit. I miss that desire to do all of these things that I used to have.

I think we should refocus together!

a refocus would be good....
i feel myself slacking....
like this evening ive eaten far more than the toast i was going to....
ended up with lettuce sandwhich and two home made fruit cakes and some fruit!....
i think after time motivation and focus does wonder off....
it needs to wonder back!....
