Hello from Central Wisconsin
Hi I am Cheri and I am overweight
I am from Central Wisconsin and will be 59 in Jan. I need support.
I know how to talk the talk of weight loss but it is the walking the walk that I struggle with.
I am attacking this one thing at a time.
I am heavily addicted to soda and would love to make that one of my first challenges.
I need to find ways to make that transition.
I love being on the computer. My work means for 8 hours a day I am at a desk with a computer and phone.
My repping for several companies also means daily and quite often checking my sites, etc.
I am a on line junkie.
I do have some health issues and you would "think" that would make me snap and say okay I need to do this and do this NOW but it has not and I am not sure why.
I am interested in the forum type but admit to doing good on a one to one basis in emailing with diet buddies also.
I am anxious to get a start.
