Question Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse??

We are planning on going to Bugaboo for lunch tomorrow and I havent been there since I started counting calories. But I cannot find anything that has even a hint of their nutrition information?? Does anyone know where I could look?? Or does anyone have a meal idea, they are a typical steakhouse, steak, potatos, salads??

Thanks

Ha, I've never heard of that chain - what a hilarious name! If it's like Outback, I always get the salmon (no butter) with double vegetables . I get the house salad for a starter, no cheese, dressing on the side.

Bugaboo is probably closer related to Claim Jumper than Outback but its been a while since I went to one and I think I had a hard time finding something decent. I believe I went with a salad, no dressing.

I know this might be late but the last time I went there they had a salmon on a cedar plank dish that was relatively low in calories and came with a rice pilaf and I ordered steamed broccoli on the side and had an unsweetened tea with it I added splenda to that, Though I was unimpressed with the salmon it was not a high calorie dinner what so ever, I just asked them for the nutritional information (which I do in every restaurant I go to now) and they had it along with a smaller menu with lower calorie selections on it.

if ya went already I hope you enjoyed the meal

As Ever
