Default tuesday-day after tax day

Well it seems we've been doing good and bad. But all you ladies, in reality have been doing awesome. You've been exercising, drinking your water, building muscle. So I think on weigh in day you will do better than you thought. I tried to get my husband to let me get the scale out just before I left. He wouldn't. He said you made it this far, just a few more hours. Well I didn't get on the scale before I left, and I did manage to lose last night. I also got a jump rope. So hopefully while brandon is playing on the swingset, i can jump. Well hopefully everyone is enjoying the weather, and playing.

Hello and Goood Moooorning!

Weather is CHILLY this AM and knucklehead that I am, I wore a skirt to work. Now I am sitting here frozen. Well maybe this will burn off a few calories before weigh in tonight. LOL, how many cals per hour for chattering teeth?

I am seriously deep into plateau territory. My scales are not budging and while that is OK, I feel like no one at our meeting tonight will believe I am doing all the right things and I hate our stupid "have a good week" saying. I had a good week, I just am stalled for a bit.

How does a plateau end? Do you wake up one morning and 5lbs fall off? That would be nice. Or does it sneak off you in 1/4 lb increments?

I commit to my BFL program starting Monday. 12 weeks to a new me. Maybe by mixing up what I am doing I can shed this last 5 or ten lbs and become the Iron Maiden of my dreams.

Coco, how is the pup?

Eleni, good work on the walk!

Summer, it was nice chatting and keep that Rocky Mountain High going!

Wendy, good going! My scale says I have a stay the same so we shall see, tonight is my weigh in.

Sherri, Are you doing the actual BFL program or a portion of it?

Congrats girl on the loss. You are doing great. Keep up the great work. I hope you enjoy your jump rope.
You did great not getting the scale out all week. Yeah for you. Good thing your hubby helped you in the last leg of the race awe? You are doing great.

I guess I am doing part of it. I designed a food plan that stayed within my points, stayed on the SB plan and where I am getting all of my food groups. I wasn't getting in all my groups before. I think it is important to have all of them in a day. This way of eating is the same way that they are doing it. Except I was eating basically 3 meals a day with a night snack of fruit. They eat 6 meals a day. They eat every 2 1/2 hours. I tried that today. But I had to take the older couple to the dr today for his hip and I got tied up all afternoon so I didn't have my snack when I should have and I got extremely hungry. I bought graham crackers today the original low fat ones. I had 4 of them on the way home. Then I had my huge salad for dinner. So the crackers were the only thing that I would say wasn't healthy but I think that they are legal on SB plan. But it is 3 pts for WW for just 1 cracker. So I won't be having a lot of those I don't think. We will see. But with all my points today I didn't get in all my milk only 1/2 of it and only 1 fruit instead of 3 today. But I am at 20 pts for the day and that is where I want to be. So I won't have anymore to eat tonight.
I am walking again. I went yesterday and today for 1 1/2 miles. My daughter and I go. It is not fast walking because this year she wants to ride her bike instead of the 4 wheeler which is very fast and a great pace to walk to. She is just starting to ride for a distance yesterday so she is slow at it. But she is doing great. She rode the whole way but it really tires her out.LOL I good thing there then she takes great naps.LOL

I am doing the Strength training from there. But I started on friday and I have been doing it everyday up to yesterday. So I should probably do it like they say. I will starting this week. I did 3 days in a row this week. And that is how many days a week you get anyway with it. So basically I am doing the whole routine but I haven't stuck with it. I will join you though and keep away from the junk and follow it and only have bad things on my day off plan. They incorporate that into the plan I see which is what I always do. So I have been doing it right along but not to the T. If I would just stay out of junk and choc I would be doing awesome. I am proud of me today though. I went to my parents and brought my own lite wheat bread today and had a sandwich with no chips of any kind. Nor did I have oreo's. So that is a start. I told my daughter to start getting on my case again if she sees me eating the junk. That really helped me before. I eat it and don't even realize that I am eating it. I don't know why I eat it either. Not because I am hungry. But by the time I eat some of that junk I am craving more. It is stupid. But I think I have a handle on it again. My measurements went up instead of down this week. So I am going to only do the strength training like I should.

As far as the plateaus go you will start losing again as soon as you change your routine for your exercise and your eating. Your body is used to what you are doing in the food dept and in the exercise. You need to shake things up and make changes then it will start coming off again. Just don't give up. You have lost a lot of weight and you body needs to adjust to the new you.

You have done awesome. I hope I am on my way also. I don't think I will have a loss this week. I have drank all my water this week and did great exercising so we will see who wins. The junk food or the exercise.LOL I am thinking the junk food will win out and I will gain.
