Default Xenadrine EFX

2 years ago I went on a high fiber low fat low calorie diet with 30 minutes of aerobic walking every day and weight training every other day . I lost 70 lbs. in 6 months. At that time I was at 130 lbs. I'm 5'10". Over the past year I've regained about 15 lbs. and would like to lose it quickly. I just started taking the Xenadrine EFX capsules. they have really curbed my appetite and given me energy without the nervousness of ephedra. I still maintain my strict exercise routine every day. Is there anyone out there that has taken Xenadrine EFX, would like to know your thoughts about it, like side effects , if it worked or didn't work. I don't plan to take it very long, I worked so hard to lose the initial 70 lbs. that I'm not going to let it creep up on me again. I do know that the only way to maintain a healthy weight is to eat right and work out. I just needed a little boost at this time to get back on that path.

i just received an e-mail about his product...supposedly it is much better tan the first because it has no ephedra, and there are no jittery side-effects..just like you stated. How has it been going? does it keep you up at night? i had that problem with other diet pills. please let me know how you are doing with it..i know someone who lost 40 pounds with the original xenadrine and she looks GREAT! she said that she also had to get used to the jitters, though. So if this is just like it, but without the ephedra, it should work wonders!
Please let me know how it's going..i'm really interested.

I just started taking EFX Sunday. I plan to cycle it by starting it with half the dose (2 pills for the first week instead of 4) so far no jitters, just very thirsty and I have to remember to eat because it really has surpressed my appetite. I am trying to lose 45 pounds so I am just looking to get a boost getting started. This is of course in addition to exercise and dietary changes.

phoenix, that's great. i love this product because like you said, i have to remind myself to eat and i don't feel jittery. i just get a little light-headed when i don't eat due to the appetite suppressant. so when it is time for me toeat, i try to eat a piece of fruit since they have so little calories and are healthy. i have about 35 pounds to lose. i don't expect to stay on xenadrine the entire time, but it sure helps to control my appetite which is my main problem. i started last monday, but i still take 1 pill at a time because i think i am too small to take 2. when i take 2 at a time, i feel too light-headed, so as long as 1 pill controls my appetite, i'll stick with that. plus, it'll make me keep each bottle for a longer time
let me know how you're doing!

I found that 1 isn't enough being thirsty is good because it reminds you to drink a lot of water. I have found that it curbs my appetite during the day but not as well at night. I thought about trying an extra dose but I'm afraid that it might keep me up. I have a hard time sleeping through the night .Hope it helps you.

Default xenadrine efx and prozac

Hello. I have a question. I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone as to whether or not I can take the new xen. efx with prozac. I called cytodyne customer service and they told me to ask my pharmacist. My pharmacist referred me back to the company.

The bottle says that xenadrine efx should not be taken if you are taking an mao inhibitor. Prozac, I take 20 mg., is not an mao inhibitor. There sees to be some confusion as to whether or not the two are ok together.

Anyone take these two together and received the ok from a dr or pharmacist? I'd appreciate any thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Default Xenadrine and prozac

I really don't have any information that would be considered scientific, but I have been going through asevered depression. I don't take any medication. I quit taking the Xenadrine las week because it didn't seem to be helping me in the evening, which is when I need it. I don't have much of an appetite during the day anyway. The first 2 weeks it really helped me all day long but then it seemed that I was back to my old habit of snacking at night. The depression was getting worse so I thought that The xenadrine might be adding to it. I would be interested to hear about your exprience with prozac. I understand that it can cause weight gain -I know that I should probably be on medication but I don't like the side effects that I've heard of.
