Default Not really Hungry Anymore!

The first week into this whole "new way of eating", I was starving. In pain, starving. I think it's been 3 weeks? Can't remember. I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day and I'm finally not starving. In fact, I get full rather quickly.

I had graham crackers for a snack today and still felt a little hungry, so I had 2 TBPS of egg salad and I was immediately full.

Ok, so there are days when I'm slightly hungry all day, but it doesn't take a lot to feel comfortable.

So happy. I think I can do this.

I love that feeling. It's a wonderful feeling to only have to eat a little bit to get full. I remember wondering, how in the world did i eat so much food before????? It takes a little while for your body to get used to the different way of eating. But after a little while it says ok, i am not going to starve.

You can do this, and i am sure it is nice to finally realize that it is possible!!!

Awesome!!

I know I had a similar experience when I started. At first - starving!! A few weeks later - had to force myself to get the calories in.

Now, thankfully, my body has settled into a healthy pattern. I can tell now when I'm truly hungry and not just wanting to eat due to emotional reasons.

So WTG! Keep up the great work!

I can't figure out how I ate so much either! I think it's a matter of learning what to eat and what not to eat. Congrats!
