Talking Super Foods!

I'm starting a thread here about super foods because there are obviously things we get here in the UK which you don't get in the US, and vice versa. One of the things I love when trying to lose weight is finding things that I love and which are healthy which just make things that little bit easier.

So what are your must-have foods for when you're dieting?

Mine are:
- birdseye steamed veg packs. Changed my life. They take 2 minutes in the microwave and taste amazing. I have one with every meal.
- asda chicken caesar salad. I take out the caesar sauce and just have the chicken, salad and pasta. A great lunch option, and the carbs in the pasta make it a great pre-workout meal.
- walls mini milk ice creams. So delicious, and only 30 calories each.
- Weightwatchers chocolate eclairs. Enough said, delicious. I also love the Weightwatchers double chocolate brownie dessert. Yum!
- Weightwatchers soups. Really, really tasty and good as lunch.

I'd love to hear about your dieting super foods!

I love those birdseye steam things too, they are so quick and healthy. I also crave fizzy juice alot and recently discovered Dr Pepper Zero, i love it. Weight watchers ready meals are really good if im too busy to cook properly. And special K bars are a life saver when i feel like giving in to chocolate!

I'm trying not to eat anything packaged or processed for now... so my answers are probably more boring than others
water
tuna (awesome for protein and low cal)
diet dr pepper (just one can a day, it's really the only "bad" thing I eat/drink)

I eat as much "super foods" (the foods that have lots of good stuff in them) a day as possible:
Beans, Blueberries, Broccoli, Oats, Oranges, Pumpkin, Salmon, Soy, Spinach,
Tea (green or black), Tomatoes, Turkey, Walnuts, Yogurt

What's fizzy juice? Is it soda?

Special K bars are delicious! They really do help when you're having a bad craving.

I have to have Post Banana Nut Crunch cereal. Perfect for breakfast and really yummy!
Whole wheat wraps.
Baby spinach and romaine lettuce.
Red & yellow peppers. [my constant snack food]
All kinds of fruits.
Chicken.
Whole wheat pasta.
And lean cuisine's pizzas when I crave it.

Eat natural bars! Oh my Gosh, could I live off those...

And organic sandwiches from Fresh! Boots store them and they're made with all good ingredients and all kinds of things I would have called 'rabbit food' before I realized how tasty they were
