Hello! I'm Wolf, and I'm sixteen years old - fairly young to be dieting, but at one point in my life I was 160 pounds. I've lost 45 pounds since then, and I'm still a conscious eater and exerciser who wants to talk to people who've had similar experience.

I think it's great to be conscious of your eating habits & exercising habits, and to be trying at a young age to keep those habits strong.
Although you aren't 20-something, you may find more in common with the ladies in the 20-something area, and perhaps you'd also like to check out the Maintainers section.
