hi...i'm new to 3FC...i'm already in progress toward my weight loss goal. i started at 169, and my goal weight is 135. i'm getting there...156 as of yesterday!
i'd love to meet new friends, get food ideas (i'm very very boring--eat the same thing everyday), pick up swimming tips...anything!
Have you seen our Featherweights forum? It'd be a great place for you to jump in...it's more focused toward those with less to lose than others here might have, which has it's own challenges!
We also have groups by age range and eating plan, so look around and you'll find one or several spots that are a perfect fit!
