The best way to begin this plan is to thoroughly read the book so you'll understand why we eat what we do and avoid certain things. Check out the Phase 1 food list and look at our recipe section for some great recipes, then stock your kitchen with the approved foods. Having what you need on hand really helps to stick to this plan. We have a great FAQ section, too, that will answer most of the questions you may have, but please feel free to ask about anything that hasn't been addressed.
