That's great to hear. It's so much easier to focus on what we need to do for ourselves when those around us are doing well. I don't know how long he was at the plateau but I am sure it was frustrating.
My mom should be comming home from the hospital soon (fingers crossed) and I will have to help her start eating healthy and getting some type of exercise in. I am all for helping her as much as I can but I just worry that I will get overwhelmed and lose track of my own goals. I know that sounds selfish, but I think I have to be right now, to a degree. I have let this go too far for so long.
