Default September!

Dear all
I am new here and delighted to have found this forum!
A little bit about myself: I am French but have been living in the UK for 20 years. I live in South London and am married with 2 kids, work full time. I am 40. 2 years ago I lost 10 kgs and managed to keep the weight off until this summer; I have now put on 3 kgs since my 40th birthday (in May)... So I am trying to lose those 3 kgs (roughtly 7 pounds), and perhaps a bit more if I manage. I've seen the weight creeping up over the last 4 months and it's not fun, quite depressing in fact!
1 September feels like a new era, where everything is possible, and so I am writing to officially commit to trying to lose this weight!!!
I look forward to 'meeting' you all!
Vivelavie

1 m 74, 71 kgs, goal 68 kgs

Well the first day wasn't too bad, although I did think of food all the time!

it gets easier! Just try to distract yourself, we're creatures of habit so it can take time to break the overeating habit...easy to become obsessed too though :O
