Thumbs down dont do it.

a couple of nights ago, 2 weeks or so into my diet, i was feeling like i really needed something. not food but a certain aspect of it. i wondered if it was fat but i dont think it was, it felt like i needed sugar. this made sense as id been making a concerted effort to avoid it. maybe i was not getting enough naturally? anyway long story short i ended up over eating crap. not sugary things as i didnt have that in but bread, lentil soup you name it because i felt i needed energy... its funny how in that moment you're craving it its like nothing else in the world matters.... well just dont do it because the next morning i thought its just a minor blip and it'll all be good but i did nothing but crave crap all day. Today I seem to be okay and have been eating perfectly again but it was just a couple of days i was set behind because of one minor blip. so DONT DO IT its not worth it!!

Smart girl, you learned your lesson. Yes, craving carbohydrates is terrible. Good job getting back on the boat!

Thanks for the pep talk. And I just want to say, good for you for not beating yourself up over one mistake. You just have to get back up and move forward. Good for you!

Its nice to know we are all the same Groovy, even if that doesn't actually help at the time of the craving, it makes it easier to regain control.
Well done for pulling it back.
