Post Fruit&Veg Detox

I didn't have a great diet-food-day on Sunday and I've been feeling a little sluggish. I know I'm retaining a LOT of water.. but anyway. My 21st birthday is on Thursday and I know things won't be diet friendly and I'll be hungover most likely. So, I'm thinking about doing a 3-day Detox over the weekend. I heard good feedback about just consuming water, fruits, and veggies to clear out your system and I want to give it a try. I take a multi-vitamin everyday already, so I shouldn't be short nutrients and I'll probably incorporate a shake of whey protein powder & water since I'll still be working out.

Have any of you ever done something like this before? I really want a Detox and if anyone has any suggestions for other ways to do it please let me know! I want it to last between 2-3 days, I'll probably get sick if I tried to go any longer.

Thanks in advance for advice!

If your eating plan isn't too calorie restricted, and the fruits and veggies include a little avocado and/or olives and a few beans, doesn't sound like a bad idea for a couple of days. Actually, if you tossed in some nuts and grains, you'd just be eating vegan
