Question question about ethnic food
I just started ww and am doing ok, but I had Indian food today and I am not sure how to count it for points. I had Spinach Chicken that at first seemed to be in a broth but when I actually sat down and looked at it closer it was a little oily and thicker. Is there and ethnic food guide? If not how much should I count it for? From now on I am definetely not going to get anything I don't have in the book or have a nutrition guide for!
