How much exercise are you ladies doing to shed all these pounds?

I need some help with this. I am ready to hire a personal trainer but really cannot afford it.

I have cut back significantly since becoming pregnant but when I was actively losing weight I was doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week & 1 hour of heavy weight lifting 3-4 days a week.

I try to do some form of exercise every day. Honestly, exercise is a small portion of weight loss. What you eat determines your weight loss way more than exercise.

Word. It's so true. Not to discredit the benefits of exercise, because there are many, and it's a great thing to do, but if you have to pick one or the other to focus on for weight loss it's way better to eat well than to exercise abundantly.

I play on a soccer team that has games once a week and I try to run 3 or 4 times a week (3 or 4 miles per run). I can't stand the gym but that's cuz I haven't found one I really like. I want to add in some weight lifting.

The main reason I exercise is for the energy level it gives me, for the endorphin rush, and because I feel that my body just functions better when I do -- not really for weight loss.
