When you create your ticker, copy it using CNTRL C and then paste it into your signature using CNTRL V. Then it will appear on every post. Holler if you need help.
In your UserCP (link in the purple menu bar at top) you'll see a link in the side menu to called "edit signature". That's where you'll paste your ticker code
Well first of all create it. Then highlight it with your cursor and copy it by depressing the Cntrl key and the letter C at the same time. That puts it in your buffer.
Then go to UserCP on the left on the purple band and choose Edit Signature from the drop-down menu.
Put your cursor in the signature spot and press Cntrl plus the letter V.
Oh my! I made this too complicated with my shortcuts.
Just highlight the ticker once it's created and then use the Edit plus Paste from the toolbar above. (This copies it into your buffer.)
Then go to your User CP and choose Change Signature. Using the Edit toolbars, Paste the ticker into your signature. Remember to save it before you exit.
Congratulations Vicki! It may not have been all your fault. I just tried to apply the weight loss tracker as a signature line, and found this message:

OK : are u sure you do not have a signature option ??? look under CP options. If not, better contact Suzanne for help, something may be wrong.
I like all the little bells and whistles, makes your page look nice. ( smilies, quotes, animation...............).
Yeah I am sure I check daily...lol. It says it takes 30 days to appear and you must meet the minimum post requirements. I did join this month so we will see what happens.
. . . Elizabeth Isabelle . . . that quote is an old one. After the infamous 'meltdown' in May, it was changed to 20 posts and 20 days of membership because so many new members had lost all their posts. Since you joined on July 26, you will not be able to have signature status until about August 23 or 24 -- provided you get the 20 posts, too, of course.
. . . OkayHereIGoAgain . . . if you check on your own stats (just click on your Avatar and then on Profile) you will see that you joined on July 14 so, add twenty days to that, and you should have your signature and tracker privileges on August 3 or 4.
