I have met 2 mini goals
1- I have lost 25 lbs. I've lost it in 7 months, with a sensible whole foods non processed diet and lost of hours spent at the gym. I still have 30-45 to go though.
2- This past weekend, I got up on the knee board when we went boating on the lake. We bought a used boat 3 years ago, and it came with a knee board. I've knee boarded in college, 20+ years ago. I tried to get up on teh board last summer, but I could not get my heavy body out of the water, adn I lacked the core and upperbody strength to even pull up a little bit. I decided to try again this past weekend, and I got up 3 times (couldn't do it a 4th time), and then in teh afternoon I got up 1 more tme. I was very sore teh nxt day, but proud of myself.
