Joined this morning but I have been
watching my weight -on and off- for about 4 years now. I like to feel part of a community of dieters because it helps me stay motivated. I live in Vancouver, Canada and am 47 years old.
I went down to 120 lbs last May but I went on a long binge and went up to 143 lbs at the beginning of July. I'm back on track now and am at 135. The reason (not excuse) for my weight gain was a couple of health scares. I decided to heck with it and just went overboard. (Dumb I know!)
I hope to bring my weight back down to between 110-115 lbs by earlyish fall and to maintain at that point.
I am just feeling my way along right now but hope to find some forums here that I can feel that I can contribute to and to find inspiration from.
