That is the plan. I have a number of things to post about but what I am really hoping is to get questions that I can try and answer too.

After winning the war on fat and slimming down from 245 lbs to 130 lbs with the help of a temporary lap band. I have gained an alarming amount of weight.

In march 07 and dec 07 i lost both my father and brother in that order to cancer. The gried was too much and since christmas I have gained about 50 lbs-- that is 50lbs in 4 months... I have maintained this weight since april without any effective loss.

So i thought i would post my new diet that I am starting tomorrow -- saturday online and hopefully people will show me their support or give me their comments.

I look forward to everyones support and hope I reach my goal to lose my weight until november -- or most of it -- when my husband gets back from his iraq tour.

Crossing my fingers I start tomorrow.
