Default The Question of Accountability

Hey everyone -

I'm going to try doing the WW thang at home without joining (i joined once before), but I'm a bit concerned about accountability. Part of what worked for me before about going to meetings is that i had to face another human being who was weighing me (and thus i felt, well, judged!). Sort of a weird scare tactic, really.

Anyway, since i don't have a weighing-in woman tsk-tsking at me, do you have any tips on staying true to the scale?

thanks!

It is helpful if you pick a weigh-in day, and stick to it. Record your weight as accurately as a Weight Watcher employee would. To further the accountability, you might want to mention your weigh-in results here, and also to someone IRL that you feel comfortable sharing it with.

You can do this, and we will help.
