Question Fat Smash Site

Has anyone here joined the fat smash site? celebrityfitclub.com ?? I just joined and I cannot believe the amount of discrepancies of allowed foods for each phase between the book and the site. What is up with that?

I inquired with their "staff nutritionist" about the discrepancies and the only thing they could tell me was to go with what the site says and not the book.

Well, just a name a few that I came across :

The book says plain oatmeal vs. site says flavored oatmeal (such as maple/brown sugar instant from quaker oats)

book says no sweetened drinks vs. site says I can have slim fast drinks (which are full of sugar)

book says plain non-fat yogurt vs. site says I can have flavored yogurts like yoplait

and some of the recipes you look up in the phase I section include meats - which you are not supposed to have in detox.

I'm still debating on whether to keep the membership on their site or not- I know there are free sites to log my food intake and I have this forum full of great supportive people to help keep me on track with things. I don't really see where I need it but I wasn't sure if it was something I would need to get me started on the program. I doubt I will get my money back - so I will probably have to stick it out for the 3months that I originally signed up for it but I seriously doubt I will renew it. The forums there are ridiculous - you should see all of the angry folks that have paid for the site and have found very little assistance with the program or the site. <

Honestly, I was dumbfounded by the book! LOL. It seems that Dr. Ian wrote it over a long weekend. The Extreme book is much more comprehensive in making his point.

I just ate fruit, vegetables, plain yogurt, milk, and real oatmeal. Even here I read people doing things that I didn't think I should do according to the book. I didn't touch coffee, I gave up meat (except for 1 cheat) and my Crystal Light and other sugar free drink mixes, diet soda, etc.

cmichele - which version (FS or EFS) has helped you more with your weight loss? I have alot to lose so the site said I should stick with the FS version but the EFS looked more appealing to me.
