Red face desperate Help
Hello Everyone,

I am new to this. I live out in the middle of no where, about 25 miles to the nearest town. There are no weight watchers, or Balley's where I live. So I can't join WW or got to a gym. Basically, I need help with dieting and finding out what kind of diets work for people who have to loose a lot of weight.

I have been struggling with my weight for most of my life. I think my skinniest was at 160lbs back in High School. Since then I have gradually put on about 100lbs over the past 5 years. It totally sucks and I'm tired of being fat and not happy! I want to lose weight.

I'm here to make new friends, ask for help, find support and motivation from individuals who are or once was in the same boat I'm in.

So... my name is Betty and I'm a foodoholic, that needs to lose 100lbs.

Take some time to look around here. There is alot of good information on many diet plans. Which one is best for you is a very indiviual choice. You will also find tons of suppport here.

I love calorie counting and using DVDs for exercise along with walking. They are all things that can be done at home, with the resources I have on hand.

Browse the various weight loss plan forums. There are many options and folks have lost lots of weight on many, many different plans.
