S/C/G: 200/Ticker/135

Height: 5'5" / Low Carb WOE

Default No longer considered 'obese'

I just noticed...my BMI is now 29.1, so that means I've made it down to the 'overweight' category.

The before and current pics, for anyone interested in the difference between 200 lbs and 175 lbs.

You're doing great! Keep up the good work! It's so awesome when you can get back into the old clothes. I'll be shopping in my attic for the next year - lol!

I don't have time to post much today, just couldn't help myself posting this. Peeked at the scales this morning (official weigh in for me isn't until the 26th) and I broke 170! 169 lbs. as of this morning!

Probably not a big deal to you all but all the off-and-on dieting I've done over the last few years...I was never able to make it past my own personal 170-175 lb. plateau without throwing in the towel and gaining back everything I'd lost, so this is a HUGE deal to me.

Congratulations on a job well done.

I was excited to go from being morbidly obese to obese, now I'm working to get to overweight, then on to a healthy BMI.

Keep up the good work!
