Default Menus- Tues 19th, and Wed 20th

How about a few days of posting menus? That often helps me see what's going on. Like carrots 3 times yesterday, with the cookie chaser! Hmmm.

Tuesday
b-2 eggs with salsa
l-turkey salad
s- peanuts, cottage cheese
d- lamb stew

Tried a Carb Solutions Vanilla Shake (in the glass bottle) yesterday. It was surprisingly good- and I have tasted a lot of protein shakes, DH eats them everyday. This was made with cream and was nicely flavored and really rich tasting! I am going to get some at the supermarket this week for the work refrig!

I am doing the higher protein option of weight watchers. My points are in the 26-31 range and I try to keep my protein points between 10 and 14. 1 T peanut butter (2)
1 chocolate chai (1)

total 4 (protein 2)

D chicken cutlet lightly covered in bread crumbs, fried in pam sprayed pan. Deglazed with chicken broth and 1T tomato paste and a bit of onion and mushrooms thrown in (would be real good with a bit of white wine!) (5)

Talking Peach, I may follow your plan, that food sounds delicious!!!!!!!!

I am posting today because I finally made it low-carb all day! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brekkie: 2 boiled eggs
3 slices bacon
coffee with half&half

Lunch: small salad with 1 Tbs. ranch (1 carb, by the way)
15 slices pepperoni
20 ounces water

Supper: Salsa chicken (in crock pot now!!)
Asparagus
20 ounces water (hopefully!!)

Didn't drink enough water today, only 60or so ounces, but the night is young yet. We'll see!

Wednesday (planned)

b-2 eggs
l-turkey salad
s-cottage cheese
d-shrimp scampi with broccoli
s-sf ice cream

I am way under on my water lately. I used to have a private bathroom in my office so I could happily pee hourly. Now we have a shared bathroom for staff in one area, and it's inconvenient- I know I'll have to just get it in somehow!

Talking MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!

Is it OP if we drink the liquor straight with no fruity mixers?? Sounds like a plan!

Today is a repeat of yesterday, except that I got in about 90 ounces of water so far. The rest is leftovers. I boil a dozen eggs at once, make up bacon and freeze it, and keep salad stuff in fridge at work. Planning helps to keep me out of McD's and the snack machine!

2nd day OP in a looooooooooooong time! Yippee!!!!!!!
