I have most of the usual problems with being this large; diabetes, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, fatigue.
I've been doing a lot of reading. Right now I think I'm going to do the South Beach diet. It's not anything like I thought it was. I thought it was another low-carb diet. I've been reading about the low GI diets and it seems this one has the most info.
