Does anyone have a good excel speadsheet that I can use to log points. I would love to use it and modify it for my own. Please PM me if you do.

I have a simple one that I use. There are 2 tabs to the spreadsheet, 1 for weekly food logs and the 2nd one is the W.W. formula so you can figure the point value yourself.

If you want to enter exercise just enter the point values as a negative number (-2.00).
