Hi, I'm Amanda and I live in Iowa (soon to be Wisconsin). I've lost 30 lbs in the past year and I plan on losing 10 more. hoorah!

Hi Amanda. I'm from Iowa too. I've lost a little more than 30#. This is a great site to meet all kinds of great folks, get recipes and get tons of support. I couldn't have done it without the help here.
