Default Oopsie not so good

I just made 'Oopsie'... muffins? Bread? Rolls? I have no clue.

I followed the recipe for the rolls, but the batter what too runny, so I put them into muffin tins. Part of the recipe said "whip egg whites until stiff". I have no idea what stiff egg whites look or feel like.

Anyway, it tastes like an omlette in a muffin tin. It tastes SO eggy.

But, last night I make the cauliflower pizza crust and it was awesome!!! That meal was a win!

Anyone have any suggestions for my Oopsie's? :/

Well, isn't that what it is? What else would it taste like?

Here's what others do with that: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...pe-thread.html

Oh ok! I thought it wouldnt taste such like an omlette. I'll have to play around with it. The cauliflower was great though. Tasted very bread-like!

I tried the low carb pizza tonight. I made a half size batch and will have enough left for tomorrow. I topped mine with pepperoni, ham, ground beef, onion, and three kinds of peppers. YUMMY!!!!

whipping till stiff means you use a hand or electric beater on the egg whites till they start to foam then continue and they will get more structured. eventually when you life up the beaters they will form "peaks."

Oh, I see! Thanks, readyfreddy!
I loved the cauliflower pizza crust but it was a little too cheesy, also with the cheese on top. I may play around with that. But the cauliflower has a nice bread-like taste!
