Default I measured myself after a long time
I took my measurements today after 6 yrs or so.

Here they are:

Chest - 37 inches
Waist - 32 inches
Hip - 43 inches

Wow! Just Wow. Need to lose a lot of those inches.

I plan to measure again once every 2 weeks. Is that an appropriate time frame or should I do it once a month?

I measure once a month - it seems to take that long to see a noticeable change.

I'm once a month too. If I do it too often I drive myself crazy when nothing changes, but once a month allows me to see a little difference.

yeah.... i measure with the once a month, or 5 pounds lost rule. That's my rule that is!!! lol

I just took my measurements too. I also took before pics. Oy vey! The only consolation I have is that I will not look like that anymore.

I am going to measure and take pics again in a month.
