I made the choice two weeks ago to really dedicate myself to losing this weight!

and two weeks later ...

my first 5 pounds are gone!

That's great, it must feel fantastic. I was at the same point just a few weeks ago. It's amazing what getting through the first couple weeks does for your outlook.

It does feel so great!

Especially that it's being done in a healthy way through a program like weight watchers!
