Trying to find my way back on track
Ok! So for a while I was doing AOK and then I spiralled out of control and gained most of my weight back. Though, while at work today I was skimming through someone's leftover Glamour and read the blurb about Body By Glamour and thought maybe it was better than doing nothing...but from a fashion magazine...maybe it would be more detrimental with the way some operate. Anyone else out their done it or know if its effective in a healthy way? If not, any tips on how to get back on track?
