Hi, I just got the book yesterday and I am on day 1. This plan looks like one I can follow. I am still going through the book, so I am not 100% sure but as for your inquiry, at Chinese restaurants, a safe bet is to ask for steamed vegetables (this is without any sauce or cornstarch or oil, etc.). You could probably get steamed chicken or tofu with it and still be on plan. I wish I had seen your post earlier, sorry. Hope you had a nice Mother's Day lunch!
