Question Anyone here doing 8 minutes in the morning??

I saw my dh's cousin yesterday and she has lost 20 pounds in the last 4 weeks with the 8 minutes in the morning program. Is anyone here still doing it? How are you doing on it?? I think I am going to go buy the book Friday.

I would like to find out more about this. I am not having much luck with eating hardly anthing at all & 10 min of exercise in the morning.

I would just love to know what "8 minutes in the morning" actually is. Is it a video, book or program/diet? Is there a website to find out more or something? I have heard of it before but not sure from where. Good luck with it if you go that route and let me know more about it.

It is a diet/exercise program. There is a book called 8 minutes in the morning that explains it all.

It probably includes some sort of a diet. Losing 20 lbs a month JUST by excercising 8 minutes a day is NOT possible.

Actually I'm starting in the morning. The book Eight minutes in the morning gives you the exercises you do each morning. There is an eating plan but not really a diet. I'll let everyone know how I do. You can get information on this at www.jorgecruise.com
