I have a small favor to ask, and seeing as this is the "Faith Based" section, I figured this would be the best place to put it.

In June, I'm going to be having some surgery. If all goes well and nothing gets nicked/punctured/scratched or infected, I'll be fine. BUT, if something DOES happen, I'll have to have a very serious, life-threatening-if-they-mess-up surgery to fix it.

Without going into too much detail, if something DOES go wrong with the surgery in June, the doctors will have to replace some "hardware" I have, and that involves surgery around the brain- meaning....I lose my VERY long hair, which I've grown out for the last 7 or 8 years. I know it's not good, but I'm vain, at least about my hair. I've been growing it out ever since I had to have it shaved before (same "replacement of hardware" surgery, different cause)

So, if you wouldn't mind maybe sending up a prayer to the deity/deities of your choice that my abdominal surgery will go smoothly, I'd greatly appreciate it!
