Necessity or Grazing?
I've been concerned for quite awhile about how I have to plan my life around food. Eat every two to four hours or I get "fuzzy". But, when is that going to turn in to a bad habit of grazing? I've read so much about people who regain some of their weight because of grazing. I miffed because before the RNY I planned my life around food and it seems like I'm still doing it!! I guess I'm venting more than anything, but I'm always EATING!!!! Does anyone want to share what their eating during the day?
Breakfast: Either 1/2 c. of 10 grain cereal with two table spoons of yogurt with stevia or three turkey sausages with 1 inch banana or four strawberries
Next: 4 to 6 oz of protein drink or 1/2 of protein bar
Lunch: 3-4 oz of chicken breast and couple tablespoons of black and white bean salad
Next: 4 to 6 oz of milk or cottage cheese
Supper: Two meatballs with marinara sauce, four bites of baked steak and 1/2 cup of lettuce, beets, bean salad, cukes (went to a buffet)
Next: Chia protein tea
Next: 1/4 c. yogurt with two chopped slices of apples.
I know I'm coming along with my weight loss, but I'm tired of eating constantly. And I have to fit my water in between all of this and supplements. I've tried to eat more at one setting, but just can't do it. And when I exercise, I'm really, really hungry. Weird because before surgery, exercise use to cut down my appetite. Guess it is time to talk with my NUT! Yikes! My biggest fear is "grazing" and regaining. Any suggestions? Or is this it? Anyone else with this problem?
OT: Whitelion, if you don't let me know you are okay, I'm calling the cops!!!
LOL!!!
