I have just been reading your journals and I realised that its easy for us to forget that you are three normal women in the same situation as us. So I would like to just thank all three of you for starting this website and for the hardwork that you put in to keep it going - and I am sure that the other UKFCs would like to join me on this.

I don't know if you get the time to pop in to the UKFC section much - but we have got a thriving and growing community here, with some serious weightloss going on - but the most important thing is the support we are all giving and receiving each other. I know I couldn't travel this journey without this site.

Amy - I hope your sugar and stress levels come down and that you find a new diet plan that suits you.

Jennifer - I hope you manage to find some time to have to yourself as well as the walking - and well done on the nurse moving the weighing block to the 150lbs range (ok so she had to put it back up a little - but I am sure that with your determination it will be properly in the 150 range next time).

Suzanne - as an ex single mum myself I found your journal the most close to my personal experiences - I do so wish you could find the time to start journalling again. I hope your son is safe.

I agree, thank you so much for starting and maintaining this website. Where would we all be without it?

its great to find a place where everyone is so supportive and encouraging....you know there are real people out there who are going through and feeling exactly the same way as you do.

I am certain without this site and all the good friends I have found here, I would have given up a long time ago and still be the same old me ...instead I am now 137lbs lighter than when I started just over a year ago...I am more confident, fitter and definitely happier...I know I can make it through the next 76lbs and reach that final goal.

Thanks

Ali
