Anyone know the calories in a Cheesy Beefy Melt from Taco Bell? I could eat these every day, but I've tried to stay away as much as possible. I did have one the other day and guessed at 400 calories. Anyone know? Thanks.

Here's an easy way to check before eating at a fast food restaurant. Just text the the menu item and restaurant name to 34381 and it will almost instantly send you the facts back. I just checked the Cheesy Melt and it agreed to the online info. It's free except for your normal texting rates. I find it keeps me from ordering that quarter pounder and going with grilled chicken instead!

I was craving a blizzard from DQ and I looked up the cals in it, 850 for a medium for the one I like! Yikes! It's SOOOO easy to underestimate restaurant food, especially fast food!

Oh, dear. Looks like I did estimate a little low. 580 calories is a little more than the 400 I'd guessed. Thanks a lot for the info.

Hey, i think i had an email from HungryGirl about those taco things and they had a lower calorie substitue! Take a look, i personally thing the hungry girl one looks way better than the taco bell one!
