That other's notice thing's we don't, Well the other day while i was with Mom we went to an outlet store we used to go to all the time, so i know most of the gal's that work there. So anyhow i had checked out and was waiting for ma to finish up, And the 2 woman who work's there (connie & lee) came up to me and said "You look awsome!! & you have kept your weight off & still your losing (i have not lost anything in over 2 yr's). I wanted to cry it felt so good to hear that when for wk's i have been so down on myself.(last post was something like when will i see some result's) Must be that adding the run with my walk's & the new bike is starting to pay off. Then i noticed the other day while getting dressed i looked in the mirror and i couldn't help but notice that i too was seeing a change in my shape, funny how sometime's we don't notice thing's till someone point's it out to us.
