Default NO MORE back rolls :D
See my blog entry dated April 21, 2008. The link is under my name to your left. I haven't posted enough messages to post images/links right here. Sorry.

I'm very excited about this because I did not realize that there'd be visible progress after a month. (and four days of crazy binging within the month) I've lost about 6 pounds.. started at around 166 or so and am at 156-159 right now. So the scale hasn't budged too much but pudge is slowly melting off my back... YAY!!
