Well, It all depends on what you want to have happen.
If you continue on the path of sitting around eating your favorite foods. Well we all know what the leads to. The astonishing realization that you can weigh even more than you ever imagined possible, since there is no reason at all that you won't blow right through 186 on your way up to 200 and beyond.
To be thinner you have to make a lifestyle change. That most likely means limiting how much you eat of fattening foods. You need a plan to do that, and you need to follow it for a long time. Even the rest of your life. If you don't do that, you can lose, but the weight will come right back on.
Sure the Feb 22 was probably wildly optimistic, but hey some people do that, but they are the expception rather than the rule, many more people struggle as you have. So the councelors likely have seen this every day and will work with you. If they don't help you to do better, then find some other plan that you can live with. It just seems to me that you've paid for the support, you should use it to your advantage. Believe me, a measly 180 pounds is nothing to those gals. They are likely weighing in people with much bigger weights than yours every day. A couple days back on plan often gets you close to where you were when you went off.
You can do this if you want to. The opportunity is there...
