Hello again, just wanted to thank everyone for writing back, its so important to me that if I do have a message, to get it out there, that if I can do it...anyone can. Its a old saying but such a true one in my case. Everyones comments have been my continued motivation to keep the lost pounds exactly that, LOST! Maintaining weight is something I have never done before, I have always tried to lose it, so I have entered a whole new territory...I keep my before and after pictures handy and look at them often to remember how lousy I felt, and look in the mirror and remember that the struggle is so worth it!
