Default Turbo jam-a question

How does the turbo jam program work?

Do you do one of the 5 dvd's one day each a week? or start off with the easiest for a couple of weeks and work up? or another way?

Thanks

If you order it it should come with a little book and a plan. I didnt follow the diet plan becuase i am on my own, but in the book it has a plan for beginners and a plan or intermediate users. One day you do cardio the next day you do abs and 20min. Just as long as you do it 5 days a week and give your body 2 days to rest and recover. Its great cardio especially if you dont like running or the eliptical ect.

turbo jam is awesome. I ordered the maximum results package and am starting the 10 day program on sunday. i find the videos more exciting and a better workout then the classes at my local ymca.

its cardio and muscle toning all in one. its kinda like tae bo but a little more up beat. it mixes like kick boxing and dancing together. best of all you can tone your abs and not have to get on the floor

It gives you a strict eating plan. The first week you work out 3 days then move up each week. It gives you 2 alternatives of which work out plan you want depending on your exercise ability. I didnt do the 10 day plan because like i said before i am on my own diet and i didnt want to gain any weight back when i started eating more calories. It says right in the hand book that you should not stay on the 10 day program any longer cause it could harm your health
