Question Does the Weight Watchers Online program work?

I had been debating signing up for ediets.com when I saw that weight watchers has an online option that is very similarly priced. I wanted to know if anyone here has used the online only program.. and how would you review your results and the service.

thanks

jen

Hi Jen ~ I signed up for etools on the WW site and didn't use it. I can't say if it does or doesn't work because I just never went it to use it. I can see where it could be a useful tool but if you don't make yourself go to the site, log all your food, etc, that's where it fails. I suppose you need to ask yourself, will you be diligent about logging in once, even twice a day, I think it can be very useful.

I know this isn't "it works, it works!", but I hope it helps some.

Default WW online

I just wanted to say that I do WW on line only. It's just a personal choice. I love it. It's been very worth the money. The forst week I lost 4 lbs and the second I lost 2. I'm on week 3 now. It's very simple and there is tons of support online. It does take disipline though. You don't have to get weighed everyweek infront of people so you have to be honest with yourself! Good luck!

Exclamation Try this instead....

Try www.fitday.com instead, it's free and it's easy to use. I use it to track my progress and this site for information. Unbeatable combination!

I just joined Weight Watchers online a week ago. I like it so much better than I ever did going to weight watchers meetings. I am online all day at work so I keep my journal page minimized and just keep updating it all day long as I go... I have always hated keeping a journal. I think they are important and I really like this method. It has most foods in the journal with points already figured or you can add and have them figured for you.

I checked out fitday also. It looks good to for a free alternative.
I joined E-Diets a couple of years ago and back then they didn't have any journaling, just menu plans. I didnt like it as much as I do weightwatchers online, but maybe its changed since then.

Good Luck!
