Thanks for the ideas! I got out my grocery list.

3 oz wine - 1 fruit
Brocolli cheese baked potatoe - 2 starch, 1 veg, 1 dairy
Steak on the grill - 1 protein
Hamburgers from LAWL cookbook - 1 protein
Chicken quesadilla - varies in counts on what I put in it. Usually 1 protein, 1 dairy, 3 starches, 1 veg & 1 fat. HUGE and yummy. Let me know if you want details.

Default

4 oz diced chicken, seasoned w/ crushed red pepper, cumin & cilantro
1 cup chopped peppers
2 oz FF shredded cheese - I mix cheddar & motz. It melts better
10 sliced black olives
2 flour tortillas

Throw everything in a pan (except for the cheese & tortillas) and cook it up. I fry it for a few minutes on med and then throw a lid on it to finish cooking on low.

Put it all on a tortilla, add the cheese put on another tortilla and cook it (I use my griddle) until the cheese melts and the tortillas start to brown.

Serve w/ 1/4 cup salsa & 2 T LF sour cream.

1 protein, 1 veg, 1 dairy, 1 fat, 3 cond, 3 starches (depending on what kind of tortillas you buy. I buy 150 cal tortillas and count each as 1.5 starch)

Let me know if you have questions!! Totally tastes like something you'd order in a restaraunt.
