Default Help with calorie info - McDonald's breakfast bagel

I have searched on the 3FC calorie database, as well as the McDonald's site and Daily Plate, and cannot seem to find nutrition info for the sausage/egg/cheese bagel I ate for breakfast. I see things that are similar, but I really want to get it as close as possible. Can anyone help? TIA!

Their UK site has the sausage egg and cheese bagel at 540 calories. I imagine it is close if not the same. I'd go with that.

I don't have a listing for the McDonalds one, but the book I have said that the Dunkin Donuts Bagel, Sausage, Cheese & Egg is 660 calories

I love Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bagels from McDonald's, but clearly only as a special "treat". I figured the calorie count this way: According to Dotti's Wieght Loss Zone, a sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles is 560 calories and a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddles is 450 calories. So, the same sandwich with sausage is 110 calories more than with bacon. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel is listed as 590 calories, so I assume that the sausage, egg and cheese bagel is (590 + 110) 700 calories. Sorry that is more than what other people had said.

It's the bagel that's adding alot (not to mention sausage)
I get just an egg & cheese on an english (no meat) at Dunkins and it's 280 calories.

Most fastfood chains have a website with nutrition info listed; I know McDonald's does. Those are a great resource for me when I know I'm going to stop and get something on my way home because I already know what I'm going to get and how many calories it has!

dietfacts.com has the ham, cheese, & egg bagel at 550 calories. I'd say that Nelie's count must be close.
