Hello to all of you. I am so glad to have found this site. I just happen to find it googling around looking for diet plans. I am happily on my way losing weight and feeling better about myself finally resolving to do something about these extra pounds that have found there way on my body. I have been dieting for about 3 weeks now and have been on the 'Sugar Busters' diet for about 2 weeks. I have had a great start of losing 9 lbs so far and feeling good. I live in Folsom California and have been enjoying our wonderful bike path that is about 50 ft from my front door, so I have no excuses not to get out there and enjoy some great exercise. I hope to make some friends on this site and share our progress.

Congratulations on your 9 lb loss so far...that is an excellent start. I love all the fun outdoor activities in Folsom too...so many options!

Thanks so much for the welcome, mandalinn82!!! Glad to be here. I registered last week and wanted to introduce myself but I am just getting over a little bug, but feeling better now. Glad to meet a neighbor. Thanks again.

i have a bike trail close to my house too! I use it ALOT! love to be outdoors its so much better than a gym!
