Default 6 weeks and counting...

I have kept up my exercise routine for 6 weeks!!!

I know that doesn't seem like much but for the first time in my life I have stayed committed to exercising and healthy eating for more than a month. I usually start out great and get discouraged and stop and then it takes so much to get started again but this time its different. I am seeing real changes happening to my body and I am more motivated than ever to stick it out. And now that I have found this great website for support and encouragement I hope there is no stopping.

6 weeks is a really big deal, congrats! Even sticking to my meal plan and exercise plan for a day is tough, and I don't think ever have gone 6 weeks where I really stick to it. Thank you so much for the inspiration! I've been doing well for about 2 weeks, and if you can do it, and see those wonderful changes and feel inspired, I'm going to do it too! Thanks for this post, and I hope you see more and more positive changes as the weeks pass!

6 weeks is a very big deal. I have stuck to my diet of 7 weeks, but only 2 weeks for exercising.. it was the hardest thing to start. Congrats!!

6 weeks is awesome... consistency is what is all about. I'm just starting {again} and having a tough time getting to gym, not the right clothes etc. But you just gave me a little nudge. Thanks and keep going.......
